The book almost assumes that all women are at least mothers/wives, so I would have been very disappointed if I were single or without kiddos, as the book would not be nearly as relevant. Otherwise, wonderful!"

- I've read a lot of devotionals, but none has impacted my life like this one, it's amazing! It gives you a bible verse, an encouraging story, and then a short prayer to take you through the day. takes less than 5 minutes to read every morning, and it's user friendly for everyone, whether you're just beginning a relationship with God or whether you've had it all your life. very easy read, concise and to the point. Covers a variety of topics from confidence, faith, love and gives you a great start to your day. Written from a first person perspective, and based on Scripture, Joyce Meyer will guide you and encourage you to start every day with scripture, a prayer and an open heart to God.

- I think this is going to be a great devotional series. Im only a couple days into it. I kind of wish they were a little longer but it is great for someone who doesnt take a lot of time for their devotions. Good message for each day that you have no excuse with time to not do it. Excited for the next 363 days of it.
- This book is so inspiring. I can't tell you how many times I open it and look at the date and it speaks to me. It is like sometimes God reaches out to you when you need him. Joyce Meyer is amazing and I look forward to reading more of her work. I bought it a time in need. I have been struggling not only with my faith but with my self esteem and confidence. She really knows how to reach women and boost us to feel confident and the love of God. It is also short so you aren't reading for 30 minutes. Very good short and right to the heart of the passage.
- I read this nightly as a way to calm down and prepare myself for the next day. It does have bible passages, so be aware that there is a heavy religious component to it, but it's great if you are religious. Each page is dated, ex "January 1," but without the year, so it can be read over and over again. The book is also an excellent gift.
- Joyce Meyer writes beautiful meditations. I like her Trusting God book better than this one. These are very good but her focus becomes too much on self will for me. Just my take.
- Currently reading the book (daily devotional). Fantastic so far. I have a tendencies to always feeling a little apprehensive. But God is working on me with this devotion. I have to remind myself every day, that " I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." And that fear is a liar, a illusion, a tactic the enemy uses to derail us from reaching our optimal protection. Since I have learn the truth that is in Christ, I dont depend on those negative thought anymore.
- I'd give it 5 stars if the binding part of the book didn't cause it to be so difficult to read the left sided pages. I'd recommend probably the paperback over the hardback if there is one, it is extremely hard to push down on the book to read the pages. Her devotionals seem to be amazing, will be buying other Joyce Meyer books, this is my 1st.
